TB	Maka Allahku memberikan dalam hatiku rencana untuk mengumpulkan para pemuka, para penguasa dan rakyat, supaya mereka dicatat dalam silsilah. Lalu kudapati daftar silsilah orang-orang yang lebih dahulu berangkat pulang. Dalam daftar itu kudapati tertulis:
BIS	Sebab itu Allah mengilhami aku untuk mengumpulkan rakyat dan para pemimpin serta pemukanya, supaya aku dapat menghitung mereka berdasarkan daftar silsilah mereka. Pada kesempatan itu telah kutemukan catatan tentang orang-orang yang pertama-tama kembali dari pembuangan. Berikut ini adalah keterangan yang kuperoleh dari catatan itu:
FAYH	Lalu TUHAN menyuruh aku memanggil semua pemimpin kota dan rakyat jelata untuk didaftarkan. Aku telah menemukan catatan silsilah rombongan pertama yang kembali ke Yehuda. Inilah yang terdapat dalam catatan itu:

TL	Maka pada masa itu digerakkan Allah hatiku, sehingga kuhimpunkanlah segala orang bangsawan dan segala kepala-kepala serta dengan orang banyak itu, supaya dibilang segala kaum keluarganya, maka kudapati akan daftar asal segala orang yang berjalan mula-mula dan kudapati dalamnya tersurat demikian:

MESSAGE	God put it in my heart to gather the nobles, the officials, and the people in general to be registered. I found the genealogical record of those who were in the first return from exile. This is the record I found:
