TB	Lalu berkatalah orang kepada raja Asyur: "Bangsa-bangsa yang tuanku angkut tertawan dan yang tuanku suruh diam di kota-kota Samaria tidaklah mengenal hukum beribadah kepada Allah negeri itu, sebab itu dilepaskan-Nyalah singa-singa ke antara mereka yang sesungguhnya membunuh mereka, oleh karena mereka tidak mengenal hukum beribadah kepada Allah negeri itu."
BIS	Lalu orang memberitahukan kepada raja Asyur bahwa orang-orang yang ditempatkannya di kota-kota di Samaria tidak mengenal hukum-hukum dewa negeri itu. Itu sebabnya dewa itu mendatangkan singa untuk menerkam mereka.
FAYH	Maka mereka mengirim utusan kepada raja Asyur untuk melaporkan kejadian itu. "Kami para pendatang baru di Israel tidak mengetahui ketetapan-ketetapan Allah negeri ini, sehingga Ia telah mengirim singa-singa untuk membunuh kami, karena kami tidak menyembah Dia," kata mereka.

BBE	So they said to the king of Assyria, The nations whom you have taken as prisoners and put in the towns of Samaria, have no knowledge of the way of the god of the land: so he has sent lions among them, causing their death, because they have no knowledge of his way.
MESSAGE	This message was then sent back to the king of Assyria: "The people you brought in to occupy the towns of Samaria don't know what's expected of them from the god of the land, and now he's sent lions and they're killing people right and left because nobody knows what the god of the land expects of them."
NKJV	So they spoke to the king of Assyria, saying, "The nations whom you have removed and placed in the cities of Samaria do not know the rituals of the God of the land; therefore He has sent lions among them, and indeed, they are killing them because they do not know the rituals of the God of the land."
